Please Note: Courses completed after midnight Saturday, June 29, 2013, cannot be reported to PULSE Portal until Monday July 1, 2013, which is after the June 30, 2013 deadline. Therefore, your license may become inactive.

Please ensure that you provide your license type (salesperson or broker) and license number when enrolling, or the course credit cannot be reported.

2012-2013 Required Module: Contracts and Minnesota Distressed Properties (7.5 Credit Hours)
You must take this required module and pass two online exams prior to June 30, 2013 to retain your license.

2013 Agency/Fair Housing: A Legal Update (3.75 Credit Hours)
This course will satisfy both the 1 hour of agency representation and disclosure training and the 1 hour of fair housing issues training required for each 2 year renewal cycle.

2011-2012 Required Module: Residential Leasing (3.75 Credit Hours)
You must take this course and pass a final exam to retain your license.

Understand why mold has become a problem in real estate transactions and what to do when it is found in a property.

Open up additional revenue streams by learning how to represent investors.

All courses have an access period of 6 months from the date of enrollment.

The maximum allowable amount of education that can be completed per day is 8 hours. Those taking more than 8 total hours should plan to complete the coursework accordingly.
