General Information

Check-in begins 30 minutes before class. Our service representatives will assist with your registration and give you your workbook. Because of your pre-paid registration, your check-in will go even more quickly. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water are available.

Dress in comfortable, casual clothing. We also recommend dressing in layers so that you can maintain your personal comfort.

Cancellation and refund policy. To cancel your registration and receive a full tuition refund, you must call Kaplan Professional Schools at 651-523-1050 at least 4 days prior to the course. If you cancel your registration fewer than 4 days prior to the course your tuition will be refunded less a $50 enrollment charge. Failure to cancel will result in forfeiture of the entire tuition.

Parking. Each Kaplan Professional Schools location has ample parking.

Messages. There are no provisions for taking messages during class. Class will only be interrupted for a family emergency.

Pagers, mobile phones, and laptop computers. As a courtesy to others, pagers and mobile phones must be silenced during class. Laptop computers must be turned off.

Tape or video recording. Tape or video recording is prohibited. All rights are reserved by Kaplan Professional Schools.
