Your Instructor, Doug Hastings

Doug Hastings is an experienced home inspector, contractor, and appraisal instructor. His motivational approach to home inspection will inspire you.

On-Site Home Inspection

Each student will perform a live, on-site home inspection and prepare a sample report.

This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry for 14 hours of residential contractor continuing education and is also approved for 8 hours of contractor continuing education in Wisconsin.
