Your appraisal education continues with an overview of the basic procedures to develop a real property appraisal.  You will learn about the three valuation approaches used to reach an opinion of value and how they apply in specific appraisal assignments.  This course will guide you through specific analytical techniques to form opinions about market data and show you how to properly conduct a market analysis and prepare a property description.  Through case studies and real world examples you’ll prepare for your new career. The course workbook is also full of sample test-type questions, review exams, and fill-in-the-blank glossary reviews to prepare for success on the appraiser exam.
