This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry for 7.5 hours of residential contractor continuing education.

Here’s your chance to find out the most common structural defects as pointed out by top home inspectors.  Included is a review of how to find and solve common structural defects, including foundations, floor joist, wall stud and rafter problems.  This course will teach you how to ‘see thru walls’ discovering moisture and condensation problems.
