City mandated time of sale inspections impact the quality of our neighborhoods and the value of real estate.  Unfortunately, housing codes vary from city to city and change from time to time.  This course will clear the confusion and detail the differences between each city. You will learn the various "hot button" code issues and walk away with a comprehensive list detailing each city’s requirements.

A negative time of sale inspection can quickly impact the salability of a property.  You will learn how to work within city requirements and tackle the issues that could kill a home sale. In addition, our hands on training center will reinforce what you learn and the novice as well as the seasoned inspector will gain a clear understanding of the codes and how and where to apply them.  So whether you inspect, build, sell, or appraise real estate this class is for you.
