Advanced Residential Building Analysis 405: Advanced Plumbing (includes energy)

This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry for 7.5 of residential contractor continuing education.

This course will show you how to inspect and report the condition of plumbing systems.  You’ll learn how to identify piping defects, including design and condition problems.  You’ll also learn how to identify use of the wrong materials and poor installation techniques.


Topics Include:

  • Water piping
  • Drain, waste and vent
  • Private wells
  • Onsite sewage systems
  • Water heaters
  • Fuel supply
