By paying for 15 credit hours of Real Estate continuing education before you attend your first class, you receive the CE-Advantage™ discount of 24%—instead of spending $196, you pay only $149. The 15-hour credit is applied to your account and may be used for many courses in Real Estate continuing education.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The CE-Advantage™ applies to specified continuing education courses. Click here to see the list of qualifying courses. It does not apply to Premier Series courses.

How do I purchase the CE-Advantage™?

  • Purchasing online
    • While registering for classes: The Online Registration Form will give you the option to buy the CE-Advantage.™

    • Without registering for any classes: Simply click the "Buy CE-Advantage Now" button below.


  • Purchasing by phone

Using your CE-Advantage™ credits

  • You must purchase the CE-Advantage™ before attending classes or you will be charged the regular tuition listed in the catalog.
  • CE-Advantage™ credits must be used before July 1.
  • There is no refund for unused credits.

Is the CE-Advantage™ transferable?

No. Whoever pays for the CE-Advantage™ will have a credit on their individual student file for 15 hours of qualifying courses.
